What are the benefits of icing?                                                                                                Icing is one of the simplest, safest, and most effective self care techniques for injury, pain, or discomfort in muscles and joints. After workouts, icing will greatly decrease muscle spasms, pain, and inflammation to bone and soft tissue. You can use ice initially at the site of discomfort, pain, or injury. You can also apply ice in later stages for rehabilitation of injuries or chronic (long-term) problems.

Can I purchase an ice replacement without having to buy the wrap again?                    Of Course. Igloo MaxCold Natural Ice Sheets may be bought at  www.ultimateicewraps.com.

Can I wash Igloo the Ice?                                                                                                           Yes. Remove the Igloo MaxCold Natural Ice sheet from the wrap, and close all fasteners and straps. Machine (gentle cycle) or hand wash with mild soap. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Rinse the Ultimate Wrap, and air dry.

How do I clean the ice sheet?                                                                                                    Igloo ice sheets are to be cleaned by hand with water and hand soap. The Igloo Ice should be air or towel dried.

Do not attempt to cut or alter the Igloo MaxCold Natural Ice sheet.

Do not place the Ultimate Ice Wrap or Igloo MaxCold Natural Ice Sheet in a microwave.

What is the Warranty?                                                                                                         Ultimate Ice Wrap products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase: Igloo MaxCold Natural Ice sheets do not warrent a defective product. Defective products are considered any damages to the wrap it self. For all defective products, a purchase receipt, along with the wrap itself, must be sent back in order for your product to be replaced. Note: Ultimate Ice Wraps offers free shipping on replaced products.
